(More customer reviews)I have never encountered such poor customer service as I have with Toshiba. I sent my laptop back for repair and have been waiting for 3 months for it to be returned. I have called and been placed on hold for upwards of an hour each time and never been able get helpful information on the computers status. I bought the protection plan thinking it was a good idea, big mistake, I spent too much money and have no computer to show for it. I would recommend buying a computer from a company who cares about it's customers.
