(More customer reviews)Reading the reviews here, I decided to give my own thoughts as to what exactly you are getting when you get this tablet.
I have been using this very tablet for over a year now, and it is a fine tablet if you can't afford to buy a more expensive model.
You get what you paid for. Aiptek does not have any extra bells and whistles like some of the more expensive tablets out there.
It does have pen pressure sensitivity, which you can set up to your liking in the settings. And you may well have to before the tablet works the way you want it to.
The large size is a plus, and was the biggest reason for me to upgrade from my smaller tablet (by the same company).
It also has 29 key functions that you can tap with you pen along the edges. When you hover the pen over a key a box on the edge of your screen pops up telling you which key it is, so there's no need to glance down. The Tablet comes with a nifty little program to make set up easy. I've never bothered with using them myself, but it can be a useful feature for those who like to use shortcuts.
Now I use this tablet primarily with Adobe Photoshop, and if you draw on the canvas while zoomed out, it will produce jagged jittery lines. However, if you draw at actual size the lines are perfectly smooth. So keep this in mind if this is something that will bother you.
This is a decent tablet if you can have nothing else, but if you are willing to save up I think your money would be well spent on a different model.
If you want something that draws and is cheap, then this is the one for you.
