(More customer reviews)Excellent quality. I'm only writing this because everyone should know what you get for the same price from SwissGear - that is, rubbish. My SwissGear laptop bag ripped the VERY first time I slung it over my shoulder. And imagine someone with a 24 hour flight ahead of them, with the ripped bag, and worries of laptop on stopover. I hate SwissGear, and now you know why.
Compare this instead, it's been nothing but excellent quality from day one.The padding and cofort is immaculate. The attention to details, like rubber covers for zippers, is a welcome delight. When I carry a lot of books I still don't feel burdened, especially with the chest clasp. Did I mention the secret passport compartment? Thoughtful, as I said.
My only complaint is absence of a keychain, unfastenable. You would expect someone with a laptop, files and more to carry home, car, office keys not in their hands but in their bag!
