This is a decent but not great implementation of a tablet case in which the computer can still be used. It fits my machine pretty well with an extended battery, and looks like it should do equally well with the 4-cell battery too. The screen is protected by a velcro-secured flap when the computer is not in use, but this flap must either be removed or left to hang when you want the display exposed.
I find the thickness of the case around the display to be a problem, as it keeps my hand lifted a bit away from the surface when I'm writing and contributes to hand cramps. This also makes it difficult to write near the bottom edge of the screen.
The construction is overall quite good - not always elegant, but definitely solid and looks as though it should hold up to heavy use. There is a waist strap built in, so that you can use the case as a mobile desk when you need to write without a table around.
Overall I think this is a decent product that could stand some improvement before it's really great. I find myself using it more as a case than anything else, still taking my machine out when I want to write and I have a desk available.
