The look and feel of the case is really nice and has a professional appearance to where I never hesitate to use in business settings. It does a nice job of holding my iPad securely and is easily removed. The headphone port is covered by one of the elastic bands. However, the situations where I want to listen to music are not the times I need an absolute secure case and I simply push the elastic band off, leaving the other three corners around the iPad. Also, the "off" button on top right of the iPad is covered, but you can easily just push down on the leather flap to activate the button. The one button you can not access is the screen orientation button, right side, near the top. Although, this is not a button I frequently use. The other nice feature is that the front flap will bend all the back, behind the iPad rather easily and does not create a bend mark in the leather. It does have a folder slip on the inside cover, but doesn't do a great job of holding papers. I wish it had a business card slot. The only area you notice the "low" price is the inside lining. Mine has a few minor bubbles / streaks where it seems to have lost adhesion. However, it's really not too bad.
