(More customer reviews)I was one of the unlucky few that Lenovo screwed over by not replacing my battery; it failed in under 1 year of light use. I ordered this replacement battery from Battpros & the first one didn't work. Battpros paid for return shipping and replaced the battery. The next one works fine so far (~1 month). I'm not sure how extended the life is, but, it works for over 4 hours, which was all I was getting before with the stock Lenovo battery. So, they could use some quality control, but, they are capable of delivering. And most importantly, they have a functioning RMA department.
