(More customer reviews)I always take care of my electronics and I bought this HP Compaq TC4200 about a year ago. It came with a dock and another power charger for when the device is in tablet mode. Anyway the part of the wire that connects the laptop to the Power Supply some how disconnected from the charger and exposed the wire. I tried fixing it but it got to the point where it was just a paper weight. I ordered this product and it is way better than the stock one that isnt working any more, even the area that I was worried about looks and feels sturdier than the original. This is definitely worth buying if you need a replacement or back-up just in case the original decides to destroy itself.
