(More customer reviews)I ordered a Lenovo/IBM ThinkPad X61 LMD0007615-2317682 battery for $61.50. I requested next day air (additional $38.00) because Amazon.com recommended them. After waiting days and not seeing the status of the order change I contacted the customer service department and explained my situation. I was told by them that the order was never shipped and a refund wasn't possible for several days. The companies behavior in regard to the matter was unacceptable and Batt Pros lack the professionalism that you expect a company recommended by Amazon.com to have.
The company knew they made the error and still wanted to waste more of my time by offering me nothing. In fact, I was told the company won't even attempt to resolve the matter and was never even offered an apology.
