(More customer reviews)I got this to replace the HP 384021-001 which my laptop requires. I got it, plugged it in, and the charge light on my laptop went amber. Not green, amber. I turned it on, and it didn't recognize the power adaptor at all. Just kept saying I need to plug it in and charge the battery as soon as possible. I tried changing the power outlet, unplugging and plugging back in the adaptor, nothing worked. Got it yesterday, returning it today.
