(More customer reviews)Bought this case hoping it would serve my needs of both a safe case/folio and a proper stand. It failed on both fronts. First, there is no mechanism of closing the case, the cover just flaps open and becomes very difficult to keep closed. Also, the small plastic ridged area on the back is absolutely useless as the back flap simply slides across the plastic and cannot hold up the iPad (it would've been better just leaving the leather). It's shocking how ineffective this is. Doesn't anyone test these products? Also, this back flap that is supposed to be used as a stand looks like a weird tumorous appendage just stuck to the back. There is a reason that there are no pictures if it. It just looks bizarre. In short, don't buy this case if you want a)to protect your iPad or b)to have it serve as a stand.
The only positive is that the leather does feel pretty good.
